Footpaths map

Instructions are below the map

You can print a footpaths map for anywhere in Great Britain – for instance around your holiday accommodation.

It will include contours and landscape features from the Ordnance Survey maps. Unless zoomed in or out it will be printed at about 2.44 inches to the mile.

1. In the box type the name of the place you want to be in the centre of your map, then click ‘Make map’.

2. To change the area: on the map hold the left mouse button down to move the map North, East, South and West until you have the desired area showing.

3. To change the scale of the map: zoom in or out with the mouse wheel (on a desktop) or two fingers (on a phone or tablet).

4. Click ‘Print map’ to get a paper copy of the map.

To centre the map to the place where you are click ‘Find my Location’. On a desktop this may give the wrong place.
