Children sharing room 0-5yrs free, 5-10yrs £10, 11-16yrs £15, 17 upwards £30.
No dogs. Guests are expected to leave the property during the day.

Separate Studio with own entrance. Sleeps 2-4 Double bed, sitting area and full kitchen.
Ensuite shower room. Wood burning stove. Garden room and own garden.
£57-70 per night depending on length of stay. Third adult £30. Dogs free. Available weekly or short lets.

Single accepted in a double room. Pricing: £10 less than 2 sharing,

Choice of English or continental breakfast In B&B light breakfast included, £20 full.

Leave Thirsk Market place via Millgate to T junction. Turn right, then left at next roundabout, signed A170 Scarborough. Take first left to Felixkirk and Boltby. Follow road to Boltby and drive through village and up the hill at far end. Just before bend sign make a sharp left turn to Willow Tree Cottage.
